FREE: Monster Hunter International by Larry Correia
Welcome to Monster Hunter International.
Five days after Owen Zastava Pitt pushed his insufferable boss out of a fourteenth story window, he woke up in the hospital with a scarred face, an unbelievable memory, and a job offer. It turns out that monsters are real. All the things from myth, legend, and B-movies are out there, waiting in the shadows. Officially secret, some of them are evil, and some are just hungry. On the other side are the people who kill monsters for a living. Monster Hunter International is the premier eradication company in the business. And now Owen is their newest recruit.
FREE: Persuasion by Jane Austen

Persuasion is Jane Austen's last completed novel. She began it soon after she had finished Emma and completed it in August 1816. Persuasion was published in December of that year (but dated 1818). Persuasion is linked to Northanger Abbey not only by the fact that the two books were originally bound up in one volume and published together, but also because both stories are set partly in Bath, a fashionable city with which Austen was well acquainted, having lived there from 1801 to 1805. As in Northanger Abbey, the superficial social life of Bath - well known to Austen, who spent several relatively unhappy and unproductive years there - is portrayed extensively and serves as a setting for the second half of the book. Persuasion marks a break with Austen's previous works, both in the more biting, even irritable satire directed at some of the novel's characters and in the regretful, resigned outlook of its otherwise admirable heroine, Anne Elliot, in the first part of the story.
Round Scapes are a way of seeing the world as a globe or little planet on its own. Imagine being able to turn a full circle yet being able to retain the entire view. They are created out of 360 degree panoramic photos, and then mapping this flat plane onto a spherical one. They are then printed on high quality machines and papers and framed.
The Roundscapes I photograph are usually of historical of mythological landscapes using a variety of techniques and cameras to create a symbolic image of a time and place.

FREE: An Introduction to Philosophy by George Stuart Fullerton
Download Free UK

This book helps the beginner in philosophy to get familiarized with some of the terms, names, theories, and even philosophies. It is a very good point to start from or even to refresh the mind of those costumed to deal with philosophy. The book initiates the reader into the realm of philosophical thought from the ground up by asking the questions which philosophy tries to answer, while introducing key philosophical concepts and jargon. It is, of course, not in any way comprehensive, but if you are looking for a book to draw you into the realm of philosophy as a whole before moving on to reading key texts (such as the Critique of Pure Reason or Essay Concerning Human Understanding) this is a great introduction to put ideas in context.
FREE: Moby Dick: or, the White Whale by Herman Melville

Moby Dick tells the tale of one man's fatal obsession and his willingness to sacrifice his life and that of his crew to achieve his goal. The story follows the fortunes of Captain Ahab and the culturally and spiritually diverse crew of the Pequod, a 19th century whaling ship. The Pequod is on its last voyage out of New Bedford, Massachusetts, in pursuit of Moby Dick, the great white whale which has been Ahab's obsessional quarry and bitter adversary for many years. Narrated by sole survivor Ishmael, the tale forms a complex fictional fusion, combining a wealth of literary symbolism, hidden meaning and philosophical debate.
